Please contact us about any issues you have with an order. We are happy to accept returns if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please email us at hello@jennsteffenart.com within 14 days of delivery and ship item(s) back to us within 20 days of delivery.

As we all know, most packages make it to their destinations intact and on time. However, when a package in route hasn’t arrived five days after scheduled delivery, it can be deemed lost. Please contact us if your order didn’t arrive.
