After an order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for your art print to be printed and fulfilled. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Because our art prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect size selections.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@jennsteffenart.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

Help! My Order Never Arrived

While most packages arrive safely and on time, occasional delays can happen. If your order has not arrived five days after the scheduled delivery date, it may be considered lost.
