After orders are placed, it takes about 2–5 business days to print and fulfill your art print for shipping. Once shipped, orders arrive approximately (3-7 days) U.S.
Returns:
Please contact us about any issues you have with an order. We are happy to accept returns if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please email us at hello@jennsteffenart.com within 14 days of delivery and ship the item(s) back to us within 20 days of delivery.
Help! My Order Never Arrived:
As we all know, most packages make it to their destinations intact and on time. However, when a package in route hasn’t arrived five days after the scheduled delivery, it can be deemed lost. Please contact us if your order didn’t arrive.
